Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, or any signs of wear

Please note: Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the original. This ensures the new item doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right!
